CUPUW [pron. ka-pow!] is a rank-and-file group of precarious workers in Australian universities, organising for a fully-funded, post-neoliberal higher education sector, where all workers are properly paid and respected.

CUPUW fights for secure jobs for all university workers. We want a genuinely representative and democratic union that fights for insecure workers. We want workers to control their union and their workplaces. We engage in both responsive/short-term action that gets results for workers today, as well as organising to build the workplaces we want for the future.
